Ashleigh Kilcup oversees Tarragon’s brand strategy and directs the project marketing and leasing strategy. This includes establishing the market strategy for each project across the retail, industrial, office and multi-family portfolio. Ashleigh and her team work closely with the Development Team, Finance Team, Onsite Marketing and Operations.
Before joining Tarragon in 2014, Ashleigh was a broker with CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, working closely with institutional landlords to secure tenants for their Class A office buildings within the downtown Seattle market. Prior to brokerage, Ashleigh worked at Weber Thompson as a high-rise residential architect focused on the design review and entitlement of projects within Seattle.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor's of Architecture from Washington State University, a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington, and is a LEED AP. Ashleigh volunteers her time with NAIOP, Swedish Cherry Hill Community Action Committee and UW Commercial Real Estate Certificate Advisory Board.
