
Formed as a Washington Limited Liability Company, Tarragon's primary purpose is the creation of long-term lease and sale opportunities for outside companies and entities where we share in the ownership, or provide fee development work on a case-by-case basis. Our focus is in the retail and mixed-use, light industrial, office and multi-family residential real estate markets.
As a vertically integrated real estate development company, Tarragon possesses all the necessary resources to develop projects from land acquisition, entitlement, design and construction through to property management. We contract with the most professional and skilled consultants in the industry, and continually strive to identify ways in which each project can better serve its tenants, partners and the community.
Tarragon's principals have developed more than 10 million square feet of commercial and multi-family real estate projects in the Puget Sound area, with all decisions being made at the local level.

Our financing experience includes land development, municipal bonds, construction, mini-perm, permanent and line-of-credit financing. In its history, Tarragon has financed more than $1 billion and has maintained working relationships with more than a dozen banks, including most major regional and national banks located in the Puget Sound region.
