For over 20 years, we’ve delivered a variety of commercial and retail projects ranging from lifestyle centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, and neighborhood retail. All our projects have a long-term focus and an eye toward creating special places for people to live, work and play.
With a long history of developing land for various product types, we commenced construction on our first master plan community in 2021. With significant land inventory, we are working on the strategic development of nearly 1,000 acres of land in two separate master plan communities.

Our sponsorship helps Habitat for Humanity provide and maintain affordable housing solutions for Pierce County families through their homeownership, housing counseling, and critical home repair programs.
