Dennis Rattie

Dennis Rattie oversees the operational management and vision for the company. He works closely with each director to ensure the success of each department individually and as a whole. Since joining Tarragon in 2000, he has served in a variety of management roles. Dennis continues to stay actively involved in Tarragon’s development, finance, construction, leasing and property management teams to ensure overall project and company success.

Dennis earned his bachelor's in Construction Management from the University of Washington. He is an active member and supporter of NAIOP, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Dennis is very active in a variety of youth sports programs, including Eastside Select Baseball (Board Member) and Liberty Select Basketball (Coach), and also enjoys playing golf and skiing in his spare time.

Dave Henline
director of construction

Dave Henline oversees the site operations and the execution of suburban land development and multi-family projects throughout Tarragon’s portfolio. Dave collaborates closely with the Development Team and key consultants through the concept, acquisition, and entitlement stages of projects. He prepares construction budgets and cost analysis, and provides unique insight into the constructability review and value engineering process.

Dave joined Tarragon in 2006 and contributes over 35 years of construction industry experience to the development team. He has extensive site development expertise and has constructed thousands of multi-family and residential units in both high-rise urban and suburban environments. Dave also has significant experience developing office, medical and retail projects. Dave is a graduate from the University of Washington in Construction Management and can be found most weekends skiing in the cascades or contributing time to local community events.

Bryce Snyder
Senior Director of Development

Bryce Snyder is responsible for identifying new acquisition and development opportunities for Tarragon and oversees the entitlement and development of its multi-family portfolio.

Bryce has 15 years of multi-family, retail, industrial, and office development and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Tarragon, Bryce was Managing Director—Pacific Northwest for Trinsic Residential. He also served as a Vice President of Development at Grayco Partners in Houston. Bryce received an undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a juris doctorate from Seattle University School of Law.

Teresa Buxton

Teresa Buxton oversees accounting and support staff for Tarragon’s Development Team. Teresa works closely with the key stakeholders ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks or opportunities at a strategic level. In this versatile role, she partners with our investment and property management partners to ensure projects are properly capitalized and smoothly transitioned to operations.

Prior to Tarragon, Teresa worked for a local heavy civil contractor, where she supervised accounting and support staff, managing annual revenues peaking near $100M and weekly payrolls of up to 300 union workers.

Teresa graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in accounting. A native north westerner, she enjoys trail running, biking, cross-country skiing, traveling, and reading when she isn’t in the office.

Mandy Bender

Mandy Bender oversees Tarragon’s contracts department, and is primarily responsible for coordinating all activities relating to legal agreements for the company. In addition, Mandy provides legal advice, interpretation and guidance to all levels of the organization regarding contractual, and other corporate, commercial and business matters.

Prior to Tarragon, Mandy spent five years at the University of Washington as the Contracts Administrator for the Capital Projects Office and four years at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Real Estate Project Manager and Leasing Analyst.

Mandy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. Mandy is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association.

Mandy is a major sports junkie, regularly rooting on the Huskies, Mariners and Seahawks. As a native Seattleite, Mandy enjoys trying out local breweries and restaurants, and spending time with friends and family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Tim Hamann
Senior Development Manager

Tim Hamann brings over fifteen years of real estate development experience to the team, providing leadership support to the strategic development of Tarragon’s retail properties.

Tim previously worked at Kimco Realty where he was the Director of Construction, providing strategic development, leasing, and construction direction.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of West Florida and a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington.

Caitlin Luebbe
Director of Marketing

Caitlin Luebbe oversees Tarragon’s marketing efforts and public relations strategy at the corporate and project level. In addition to leading key marketing and PR initiatives for the firm, Caitlin works closely with senior leadership to drive Tarragon’s brand strategy and promote a thriving, dynamic, and fun work environment.

Caitlin has over ten years of commercial real estate and creative marketing experience. Prior to joining Tarragon, Caitlin served as Director of Creative Services at Embarcadero Capital Partners, a private real estate investment, management, and development firm based on the San Francisco Peninsula. Caitlin is a member of AMA Puget Sound, SMPS Seattle, NAIOP, and ICSC, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Washington University.

Danielle McIntyre
Director of Operations

Danielle McIntyre oversees Tarragon’s day-to-day operations and serves as the interface between the company’s administrative, accounting, development, and marketing teams. In addition to driving Tarragon’s operational efficiency, Danielle plays a lead role in the firm’s talent management and leadership development programs.

Danielle has extensive executive support and managerial experience. Prior to joining Tarragon in 2015, Danielle worked as an executive assistant at Oliver McMillan, a private real estate development firm based in San Diego, where she provided essential support to the CEO. Danielle holds a bachelor‘s degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University.
