Bayard Blair has been promoted to Development and Acquisitions Associate. Blair will continue to focus on identifying and pursuing new development opportunities but will now additionally participate in the overall efforts of Tarragon’s multi-family developments across the Puget Sound region. Blair joined Tarragon in 2020 as an analyst and has since played an integral role in expanding the firm’s development pipeline.
Steph Christianson has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Christianson will support all marketing initiatives for Tarragon’s operations and project portfolio, working closely with the marketing and development teams. Christianson joined Tarragon in 2019 and has contributed to successful marketing campaigns for several multi-family projects, including Camber and Haven Apartments in Kitsap County.
Drew Davis has been promoted to Senior Transaction Manager. Davis manages Tarragon’s acquisitions and dispositions across all areas of operations, with a primary focus on multi-family and industrial. In addition, he will oversee leasing efforts on real estate assets located outside of the Puget Sound Region. Davis joined Tarragon in 2016 and has been instrumental in Tarragon’s development pipeline across the Northwest.
