Seattle, WA (May 2025) – Tarragon is pleased to announce a 250,000 SF lease with The Odom Corporation at Building 6 of its SeaPORT Logistics Center in Sumner, WA. The Odom Corporation will occupy 77% of a new 325,000 SF building at the Class A industrial park. Construction of the shell building and tenant improvements is now underway, with completion and occupancy anticipated by early 2026.

The new building will feature a double-loaded design, 40’ clear height ceilings, a 9” fully reinforced slab, and 79 dock doors—continuing SeaPORT’s high standard for quality and functionality. Once operational, The Odom Corporation will use this facility to serve markets throughout the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, and Alaska. The new space will consolidate two of the company’s existing facilities from the Tacoma/Kent Valley industrial market.

“We’re excited to welcome The Odom Corporation to SeaPORT Logistics Center,” said Dennis Rattie, President at Tarragon. “Their long-standing presence in the region and continued growth makes them a great fit for SeaPORT. This lease demonstrates demand for high-quality industrial space in the Sumner market, and we look forward to delivering another best-in-class facility in 2026.”

The brokers involved in this deal were Tom Rogers of the Bellevue office of CBRE, representing Odom Corporation, and John Gilliland and John Sullivan of the Seattle office of CBRE, representing SeaPORT.

Once complete, SeaPORT Logistics Center will offer over 2.6 million SF of Class A industrial space, with an additional 321,000 SF designed and permitted in the future Building 7.

Strategically located in Sumner’s thriving industrial core, SeaPORT Logistics Center provides convenient access to State Route 167, the Interstate 5 corridor, and proximity to the Port of Seattle, Port of Tacoma, and SeaTac International Airport. The site also offers excellent visibility from Stewart Rd E and East Valley Highway E, as well as signalized access and a four-lane lighted truck route with efficient circulation throughout the park.
