Uplands by Tarragon is seeking an enthusiastic Community Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our master-planned community on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. Based at the Club at Uplands, the Community Representative will guide visitors, connect with current residents, and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that bring the Uplands brand to life. This role includes community engagement, event coordination, builder support, and administrative oversight of the Club operations.
Tarragon is growing its Development Team and seeking a Development Associate II with real estate or construction management experience. The Development Associate II will collaborate with the development team to coordinate preconstruction and construction activities. This includes land acquisition, entitlements, design oversight, permitting coordination, construction supervision, pro forma analysis, partner reporting, and facilitating project transition to operations.
Tarragon’s 10-week paid summer internship is designed for individuals interested in exploring a career in real estate development. This program provides hands-on experience across multiple disciplines within our company, offering a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
This immersive experience is a great opportunity to “dip your toes” into real estate while learning directly from members of the Tarragon team. By the end of the program, interns will have a broader understanding of how different real estate sectors operate and work together.
