Dwell at Kent Station is a 154-unit residential apartment building in the heart of downtown Kent, WA., and the final piece of the multi-phased project of Kent Station. The 18-acre mixed-use development was a significant step in the City of Kent’s redevelopment and downtown revitalization. Working with the City of Kent, Tarragon achieved the renewal of the once industrial area of downtown and transformed it into a thriving community where the convenience of dining, shopping, entertainment, and transportation is like that of urban living.

Dwell at Kent Station was designed, inside and out, to have a modern style and fill what Tarragon determined was an unmet demand for renters in South King County who wanted to live an urban lifestyle. Dwell was designed as an “S” shape so all residents would have access to sunlight.
The building has high-quality finishes and amenities to promote walking, biking, and transit use. The many amenities include a rooftop deck, two large outdoor courtyards, garden plots, a BBQ area, fire pits, a fitness center, community lounge, bike room, and dog run.
