Salmon Creek Corporate Park is comprised of two nearly identical industrial warehouse buildings totaling 267,700 SF on nearly 18.7 acres in Sumner, WA. The size and features of Salmon Creek Corporate Park allow for tenant flexibility by accommodating tenants as small as 30,000 SF. In 2009, Tarragon formed a partnership with the neighboring property owners to bring infrastructure to the previously undevelopable site.

The design intent for Salmon Creek Corporate Park was to create a simple and timeless design. The buildings each have three office nodes, all with glazing and modulation, landscaping, bike racks, and seating areas. The site was designed with three access points to 152nd Avenue, allowing for optimal truck maneuverability.
Salmon Creek Corporate Park has excellent access to State Route 167 and Interstate 5, with the Port of Tacoma less than 15 miles west and the Port of Seattle 35 miles north. The site has direct access to the Sumner Link Trail system for building occupants.
