Introducing Uplands, our first master-planned community on 320 acres in Puyallup, Washington. Uplands is envisioned to be an active community that encourages connections between residents and the greater community at large, setting a fresh new standard for life in our South Hill location. With over 1,000 lots planned for the entire community, we’re working hard daily to build Uplands from the ground up with Plat A & C underway.
