Congratulations to nine members of the Tarragon team who recently graduated from the VISTAGE Emerging Leaders Program! Over the past two years, they’ve honed their leadership skills, built lasting peer connections, and grown their confidence to lead with impact.

Tarragon is proud to introduce Embark at Uplands, a new rental townhome community in South Hill, WA. The initial phase includes 86 rental townhomes, with future phases expanding to include additional townhomes and cottages—offering a diverse mix of housing options for the growing Pierce County region.

The Tarragon team attended the Habitat for Humanity Luncheon, an inspiring event that served as a great introduction to our upcoming Build Day this summer. The stories shared at the luncheon highlighted the positive impact of Habitat’s work—we’re grateful for the opportunity to support this incredible organization!
