Responsibilities include zoning analysis, research compilation, project support, and visual aid creation. Marcos, our Land Management Foreman, has been an integral part of the Land Management Group for ten years! His unwavering commitment and contributions have made him our trusted “go-to guy” for all things related to maintaining our pre-development properties and getting the job done. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our two garden-style apartment projects in Kitsap County, Camber Apartments in Bremerton, and Haven Apartments in Port Orchard. After many years of planning, design, and a tremendous amount of work on behalf of both project teams, we all celebrated the journey underway in Port Orchard and Bremerton.

Residents began move-ins in October, and there has been an overwhelmingly positive response from anyone who tours the property. Both Camber Apartments and Haven Apartments have move-in ready units available for lease ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.

The Tarragon team had a blast at our Q2 Company Meeting on our annual Seafair boat cruise on Lake Washington! We watched the Blue Angels practice, played multiple games and enjoyed a day outside the office celebrating the team’s efforts over the past year.
