We had a great day at NAIOP’s Summer Social event at Newcastle Golf Course! We embraced the Woodstock theme and enjoyed connecting with all the folks in our industry.

Tarragon recently broke ground on its latest residential project! Located in the Ruby Creek Neighborhood in Port Orchard, the project is a 216-unit garden-style apartment community compromising of one, two, and three bedroom homes. The first few apartment buildings and the clubhouse are expected to open by the end of 2022.

Tarragon is pleased to announce the signing of a 500,000 SF lease with Nordstrom at its SeaPORT Logistics Center. Nordstrom has pre-leased Building 3 at the Class A Industrial Park located in Sumner, WA. This is the fourth building of the 2.7 million SF assemblage and will have 40-foot interior clear heights, 9-inch fully reinforced slab, 130-foot truck courts, and a fully secured site. Tarragon previously completed Buildings A, 1, and 2 and has fully leased all buildings.

The new playground at Glacier Run is now complete! The playground was designed by three playground expert consultants for Tarragon – our Development Manager, Matt’s kids! Matt sat down with his kids and asked them all the things they love about a great playground. Then the family flipped through several playground catalogues to find the perfect equipment. The end product is a playground that we know our residents are going to love!

Located in Capitol Hill, The Beryl Apartments consist of studios and one and two-bedroom units. Amenities include an expansive rooftop deck with dog run, garden plots, BBQ area, lounge and courtyard.

The site design at Glacier Run encourages outdoor recreation and promotes walkability with the network of landscaped walking paths that connect seamlessly from residents’ doors through the outdoor amenity spaces. ? @laraswimmer
