We’re excited to announce the grand opening of the new @Starbucks in the Lakeland Hills Neighborhood in Auburn this Thursday! We recommend enjoying a cup of coffee in front of the new outdoor fireplace on the patio. We are thrilled to announce the completion of Building 2 at SeaPORT Logistics Center, our Class A Industrial Park located in the industrial center of Sumner, WA. Completion of this 268,000 SF building puts us at over 740,000 SF complete of the 2.4 million SF total in the business park. SeaPORT provides easy access from SR 167 to Port of Tacoma, SeaTac Airport, and Port of Seattle. Check out our video for the project highlights in our profile!
